Westland Insurance Group Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a (hybrid working model) Producer in our Brantford, Ontario location. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing a book of business and acting as an advisor to foster valued relationships with our commercial clients. • Drive sales results by expanding existing insurance programs, increasing sales and cultivating new business opportunities

• Motivated to succeed and grow a book of business, along with a proven track record of customer acquisitions

• Deep understanding and solid knowledge of Commercial Lines with a diverse slate of clients

• Minimum 5 years’ Mid-Large market commercial lines experience

• Bonus! Working towards of completion of CAIB / CIP designation

• Cultivate client relationships by providing a consistently exceptional client experience from sales to service

• Uncover challenges and analyze the risks to prioritize the product/ service requirements

• Develop marketing submissions, proposals and summaries of insurance programs and negotiate best terms and conditions on behalf of our clients
