Intermediate Draftsperson – TGW – Drafting

Established in 1979, Toro Aluminum has became a leader in the development and manufacturing of window walls and doors for high-rise condominiums, office buildings and hotels, across Canada, the United States, and Mexico. 

The AutoCAD Technician reports directly to the Shop Drawing Manager at Toro Aluminum.

• Reading and interpreting blue prints
• Produce shop drawings of product line from architectural
• Make effective decisions independently
• Communicate effectively with sales representatives and clients.
• Collaborate with others as a part of a team

• College Diploma in Architectural Technology
• 3-5 years of unitized curtain wall (UCW)
• Strong ability to work with AutoCAD
• Possess exceptional organizational and problem solving skills
• Ability to read blue prints
• Computer proficiency in word processing and data management programs
• Mathematics skills are an asset
