Common scopes of work: mechanical insulation, duct Insulation, installation of Firestopping systems, installation of Fireproofing systems.

Availability: 1
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Day, 40hrs a week
Salary: $40.00 – $43.00 Hourly

Start Date: ASAP
Location of work: Greater Vancouver Area
Duties: Prepare production reports, supervise workers and projects, co-ordinate and schedule activities, train employees, ensure health and safety regulations are followed, recommend personnel actions, read blueprints and drawings, order materials and supplies, lead/instruct individuals. Maintain and ensure implementation of our QA/QC program.

Skill Requirements:
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience: 5 years or more in the Firestopping industry with the UL Qualified Firestop company.
Ability to Supervise: more than 20 people
Certificates: Working at heights, WHMIS, Fall Arrest
Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver’s licence
