Automotive Service Manager Full Time NEW

What You’ll Do:
• Greet customers and document their vehicle symptoms, repair concerns and service requests accurately;
• Translate technical diagnostic information from techs into clear, actionable explanations for customers;
• Develop accurate cost estimates for parts and labor using shop management software;
• Obtain customer approvals before initiating any mechanical work or modifications;
• Communicate routine maintenance intervals and flag critical safety issues to encourage repeat preventative care business;
• Provide status updates to customers via phone, text or email throughout the service process;
• Finalize invoices by reviewing line item charges and processing customer payments upon vehicle pick up;
• Source parts for repair orders and have a valid driver’s license with clean, verifiable driving record.
