Westland provides support to all Trainees as they work to obtain their licensing. As a Trainee you will:

• Have your licensing costs covered by Westland
• Be provided with a training plan to ensure you’re fully supported throughout the training period and beyond

As a Trainee – Insurance Advisor , you’re empowered to develop your career in insurance by learning how to promote and educate clients on Insurance products. You’ll also practice anticipating and interpreting client needs, as well as completing various insurance transactions.
