The Senior Talent Programs Specialist will be tasked with overall management of Seaspan’s Shipbuilding leadership development program. Additionally, the successful candidate will provide strategic guidance to our Graduate Development Program and work with the existing Talent Management team to ensure that talent programs from Campus through to senior level leader programs are aligned and complimenting one another.
Note: This position qualifies for an optional hybrid work schedule after 90 days of onsite work and onboarding. Employee will be subject to the terms of the Flexible Work Policy Agreement.

The estimated salary for this position is $106,900 – $128,300. In determining final salary, Seaspan considers many factors including the successful Candidate’s skills and experience as well as position location and internal equity. The final base salary offer will be at the Company’s sole discretion and presented as part of a competitive total compensation package.
