Position Summary
Reporting to the Coastal Planning Team Lead, for the role of the Scheduling Coordinator is to assist the Ship Maintenance Lead (SML) in organizing all required routines while developing an integrated schedule for the Work Period. The Scheduling Coordinator manages the preparation, monitoring, and maintenance of Work Period work lists and schedules. They ensure accurate and timely reports are produced as required along with updating real-time dashboards and communicating schedule changes across the enterprise. During the evolution of the Work Period, the Scheduling Coordinator will coordinate with the Technical Material Expeditor and advise if the identified Material is not in Stock. Additional tasks will include but not limited to; Raising Purchases Requisitions on behalf of the SML, collecting and organizing Objective Quality Evidence, and assisting Maintenance Coordinators with Work Pack Management.
