Westland Insurance Group Ltd has an exciting opportunity for an Account Executive , Private Client Services in our Surrey Head Office (hybrid) . You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and key clients understanding their unique needs and delivering customized insurance solutions. Expected Compensation: The expected hiring range for this role is $60,000 to $75,000 based on a 35-hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.

Westland also offers a competitive commission for this role.

• Strong knowledge of risk assessment, underwriting principles, and insurance policy language

• 5+ years insurance experience in high-net-worth or private client services or 10+ years of experience in Personal Lines insurance with a willingness to learn private client services
• Insurance Broker Level 2 License
• Bonus! Working towards or completion of CAIB / CIP designation

• Cultivate client relationships by providing a consistently exceptional client experience from sales to service
• Uncover challenges and analyze the risks to prioritize the product/ service requirements
• Offer customized advice and create tailored insurance solutions for clients
• Develop marketing submissions, proposals and summaries of insurance programs and negotiate best terms and conditions on behalf of our clients
• Engage in networking events, industry conferences, and client seminars to boost your professional presence and expertise.
